Sessions start with setting intention, energy clearing, energy blessings, and then the work begins. Whether the goal is to become a more present and effective parent to your kids, or you want to build confidence to start the company of your dreams, Stu is ready to help. Sessions are offered in 3 month or 6 month packages.

Walk & Talk Nature Retreat
Hiking Healing Journey is perfect for individuals, Co-Parents & Kids or groups. Each afternoon outing on secluded nature trails, includes individual energy clearings, energy blessings, setting intention, help in grounding and discharging your energy into into the earth, as well as supporting you in detoxing negative emotions and thoughts. Experience renewed perspective for forgiveness, acceptance, love, appreciation, and gratitude. Suitable for solo, family or groups. This experience has transformed people after failed relationships, and helped entire families after divorce.

Sailing on San Diego Bay
Sailing on San Diego Bay"Healing while Heeling" on San Diego Bay. Each afternoon outing on the boat starts with dockside, individual energy clearings, energy blessings, chakra clearing ceremony, personal energy blessings. Stu then has everyone set their intention and then we set sail on a 36' sailboat w/ Stu and a USCG Captain for an unforgettable transformational afternoon.
