Healing & Coaching Offerings
2 Hour Healing Session
One thing you will not hear in Stu's sessions is: "That's all the time we have..." He structures his sessions with ample space and time for a full immersive experience. Smudge, Grounding, Setting intention, Drumming, Didgeridoo, Tibetan Bowls, Essential oils and sacred herbs are all used to enhance the energy healing. You will not be the same afterwards. Shed the emotions that have been stuck inside, holding you back and experience more love in your life.
Half Day Healing Journey
An exclusive and intensive half-day experience. Stu combines a number of intuitively guided modalities for each custom day-long journey. You will be supported and accompanied the whole time. Experience grounding, walking meditation nature hike, breath-work, cold plunge, sauna, foot reflexology, skin scrub, shamanic and reiki healing as well as soul retrieval ceremony to give your mind, body and spirit a reset and leave you resrored and recharged.
Full Day Healing Journey
